The team along with the manufacturer performed detailed tests and studies on the transformer leading to the identification of the cause of failure. A detailed report was provided to the manufacturer as well as the client to improve the design and manufacturing of such transformers.

The team identified various materials with defects leading to the rejection of a lot and the remaining material was cleared for dispatch. An RCA was conducted for the defective material and suggestions were provided to the manufacturer for improvement.
